Terms of At-Will Employment

Employment at CA Choice Home Health Care is considered “at-will.” This means that either the employee or the Agency may terminate the employment relationship at any time, for any reason, with or without cause or notice.

No employee of CA Choice Home Health Care has the authority to alter the at-will nature of employment, except for the Board of Directors. The Board can modify this at-will relationship only through a written agreement that is signed by both the Board of Directors and the employee.
